He grew up on a farm in southern Ontario where he learned the value of relationships and hard work. After living in all three prairie provinces, he settled in the Fraser Valley in 1992. Happily married to Bev Ellis, a renowned sculptor, and father to three adult children, he loves hiking on forest trails with Bev and their Bernese mountain dog and riding his motorcycle in the backcountry.
Dave served his community as a pastor for 22 years before earning his realtor qualifications. As an award-winning realtor in the Fraser Valley, Dave has combined hard work with his passion for helping people on the move. Along with owning and operating Birchgrove Homes, a housing development in Strathmore, he is qualified to sell farms, residential, and commercial properties in Alberta.
