Yes interest rates are rising… But if you’ve been preapproved  have talk to your broker – see what difference it makes to your home purchase….. and the big picture of your monthly budget it’s not going to big of an effect.  You just need to stay within YOUR budget as Buyers always should have and  need to to avoid trouble down the road!

1- This is a great time for first time home owners to enter the market, as there are more days on market for the homes that are listed, giving buyers a chance to shop confidently and not feel rushed! As well First time homebuyer stand a chance in this market when things were so crazy they didn’t stand a chance because their offer needed to have conditions

2- This is a great move up market… It gives buyers who have a home to sell a chance to have a clausal offer meaning they have time to sell the current home they’re in as one of the conditions to purchase an upgraded home

3- there are not going to be competing offers or homes selling for over list

4- People ALWAYS need to move or relocate

5- there is ALWAYS going to be Buyers entering the Market either as first time home buyers, repeat buyers or investors
